(1) In relation to the complaint filed under Section 5, the District Court will take action by adopting the procedure as per the Summary Procedure Act, 2028 and if the conduct of such complaint is found to be correct, it may decide to pay compensation up to one lakh rupees from the Government of Nepal to the victim. .
(2) If it is found that a complaint has been filed in accordance with sub-section (1), the District Court may fine the person making such a complaint up to five thousand rupees.
